As a Sunco Motors Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for Parts Inventory and Stock Control, along with collaborating with the Service Department to ensure stock levels are maintained and are readily available as required.
Duties Include:
- Managing Stock and assigning to orders as required
- Providing clear and concise interpretation of what Parts are required for Service and Repairs
- Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions, advising pricing and warranty expectations
- Building and sustaining relationships
- Managing Parts to complete customer orders within required timeframes
- Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines
- Ensure resolution of customer complaints
- Operating specialised automotive computer software
- Ensure the Parts Area is clean and tidy to safety standards at all times
About You
- Experience in a similar role will be essential to your success
- A committed professional dedicated to supporting a positive team culture and delivering exceptional customer service
- Understands the importance of (verbal and written) communication and what a “Quality Customer Service Experience” really means
- Proficient in using computers
- Honest, reliable, and hands-on
- Passionate about the Automotive industry
- Current manual Driver's License
- Well-presented and takes pride in your appearance
- Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Solution focused
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales – Parts Interpreting (AUR31020) will be highly regarded
