Duties & Responsibilities:
HR
- Recruitment
- Onboarding and induction of new employees
- Preparation of take-on forms and contracts
- Validating medical aid and policy applications
- HR Consults & Disciplinary Enquiries
- Maintaining employee files
- Attending to staff queries
- Sales commission reconciliation
- Fleet control
- Wellness programs
- Booking appointments and reservations
- General admin and filing
- Minutes
Skills
- Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written.)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related experience in the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate.
- Higher Certificate (Preferred)
CTC includes Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution.
