Our client is in search of an articulate and fast-learning individual to assist the and HR manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

HR

  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Preparation of take-on forms and contracts
  • Validating medical aid and policy applications
  • HR Consults & Disciplinary Enquiries
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Attending to staff queries
  • Sales commission reconciliation
  • Fleet control
  • Wellness programs
  • Booking appointments and reservations
  • General admin and filing
  • Minutes

Skills

  • Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written.)

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related experience in the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Higher Certificate (Preferred)

CTC includes Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Required)
  • Pastel Payroll & HR: 1 year (Preferred)
