Responsibilities:
- Handles all types of administration and other ad-hoc duties
- Preparation of documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate proficiently with English & Mandarin speaking clients
- Able to handle email correspondences in English
- Knowledge of Sage Accpac ERP and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus
- Salary commensurate with experience
