Responsibilities:

  • Handles all types of administration and other ad-hoc duties
  • Preparation of documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate proficiently with English & Mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to handle email correspondences in English
  • Knowledge of Sage Accpac ERP and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus
  • Salary commensurate with experience
