Home Instead Braintree was started by Grainne and Mike Sheehy in 2021. We cover Braintree, Halstead, Sudbury, Marks Tey, Kelvedon and Coggeshall. We are looking for kind-hearted home care workers who want to work in their local community caring for our elderly clients and particularly if living near Coggeshall.
THIS ROLE IS UK BASED AND THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK WILL NEED TO BE ESTABLISHED AS PART OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS. We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.

- Being matched with local clients and building relationships through longer visit times
- Feel satisfied whilst earning a good income - £12 per hour of care plus travel time to visits, and 12% holiday pay accrued on all hours. £14 per hour when you work on your weekend off

- Ability to listen, communicate clearly and build relationships with clients and their families in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Willingness to work and communicate professionally with Home Instead Senior Care office teams and other social and health care professionals

- This role will require you to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure from the relevant body
