We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential clients and engaging in meaningful discussions about our innovative architectural services. Your primary goal will be to promote our vision of making architectural design accessible to everyone and convince clients of the value and benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Client Engagement: Schedule meetings with potential clients to present our services, understand their requirements, and offer personalized solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our platform and services to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and propose tailored architectural solutions that align with their preferences and budget.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and visit potential clients to promote our services.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
