The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Support Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to the Business Development team by assisting with the end-to-end sales lifecycle, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. You will also be required to follow the agreed process for RfP management, by maintaining the highest level of visibility throughout the process to support the business objectives.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Provide support to the Business Development team in the sales cycle, including physical submission requirements, such as RfP participation, bid bond, performance bond, proposal submission, document production and delivery
Follow the agreed process for RfP management and maintain regular liaison with the BD Manager, and other stakeholders
Proactively flag any challenges or improvements needed/identified for the process, minimize risks and dependency
Understand and support the business objectives and perform other related duties as required by management in alignment with the manager
Assist the BD manager and BD team leader and BD associate with problem-solving to ensure that clients/internal stakeholders receive the best possible services and support
Utilize tools and resources to produce high-quality work, prioritize workload to deliver results on time, and flag if challenges arise and discuss with manager priorities and adjustment
Develop trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and members of the OW team
Who we think will be perfect for this role…
Experience required:
2+ years in a professional/ corporate environment in KSA, ideally professional services or similar Business Development field
Technical Skills:
Fluency in English and Arabic (writing, reading, speaking) is required
Proficiency in outlook/ email and calendar
Previous experience with Etimad Portal and/or other client portals is a plus
Project management skills are a plus
