Are you curious to know how War Child Holland (WCH) has a dedicated Programme Partnership and Grants (2PG) department responsible for programme partnerships, donor relations & institutional fundraising, quality assurance (on internal and external compliance) and data analysis on fundraising opportunities and achievements? If yes, then this could be a super interesting opportunity for you!

Your challenge

You will be part of the Quality Assurance team; you'll have full support from the Team Leader and the rest of the team who will all be on hand to provide guidance and show you the ropes!

More specifically you will be involved in a wide range of tasks relating to data quality, fundraising monitoring & analysis, and compliance:

  • Contributing to data quality checks and updating in Salesforce (grant management system) and SharePoint (filing system)
  • Having contact with Country Teams to support them with their opportunity, grant, and project records.
  • Helping with data analysis on the fundraising pipeline and income projections.
  • Supporting with IATI (International Aid Transparency Initiative) reporting.

Your profile

  • Interested in working in an international organization, a multicultural setting and eager to learn.
  • Keen interest in data quality, systems, and compliance.
  • Eager to help out and get involved.
  • Confident user of Excel is useful.
  • Basic knowledge of Grant Management would be great, but we will provide training & explanation.
  • A keen eye for the details.
  • Ideally, some experience or studying education, pedagogy, social science, technology, programming, data analysis, statistics, or other related fields – this is a great opportunity to build up practical experience in quality assurance, data analysis, and compliance.
  • Proficient English speaker and writer.
  • Available 1-2 days per week, starting as soon as possible for a period of 4-6 months (extension possible).
