We are currently looking for a dedicated, experienced Supervisor to join our team.
Aussie Outback is a well established casual dinning restaurant. As well as our restaurant, we also have a strong takeaway and delivery business too. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service so the ideal applicant should add to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This is a hands on roll so you must be eager to bring new and creative ideas to our fast paced restaurant. A passion for the food service industry is a must.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- To liaise with management and the head chef to ensure the smooth day to day running of the restaurant
- To ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience and to handle any queries or complaints that may arise
- To lead and motivate your team including delivery drivers
- To assist in the recruitment and training of new team members
- To plan and assist with weekly duty rosters and deal with staff queries and holiday requests
- To monitor stock control and rotation
The ideal candidate should have 2 years experience in a similar role.
Salary will be based on experience.
