- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a customer service analyst role within a BPO environment is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify meaningful trends and insights.
