  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service analyst role within a BPO environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify meaningful trends and insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php26,000.00 per month
