Located 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Automotive Business for Electrical Drives (ED) and Gasoline Systems (GS) Divisions.

Main Objective
Responsible of planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned products. As well as, fulfilling the security, quality, quantity, time and cost requirements within the manufacturing area
What challenges will you have?
- Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications.
- Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines, including but not limited to: equipment procurement and supplier follow-up, line trials and release, PPAP documentation, ECR management.
- Provide the correct tool specifications, and the required changes in pieces in order to ensure the continuity of production.
- Create and update the required documentation for production (AMEF, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan).
- Support on reducing down times on production due to missing machinery, tools or devices and provide assistance on the problem solving for machinery failure.
- Support on the implementation of the TPM methodology on the corresponding production lines
- Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
- Lead work teams on production lines by assisting in the development of continuous improvements.
- Guaranty the quality of products and ensure fail indicators and level as per the defined limits (0km)
Who are we looking for?
- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Intermediate English level
