Job Description

As the Marketing Coordinator you will become part of the passionate and highly collaborative LEGO CZSK team. Specifically you will be part of 10 person marketing team responsible for Czech and Slovak market and will be Supporting brand marketing team in the execution of ATL and BTL activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of execution of ATL/BTL campaigns
    • Coordination of localization process of all marketing assets (TV, digital, POS, etc.) from English to Slovak language in cooperation with localization agency
    • Update of internal materials for stakeholders from other teams (shared files, selling-in presentation, internal communication hub)
  • Managing of LEGO Facebook content (content planning, assets selection and localization, tracking, budget management, etc.)
  • Proofing of products text / brand catalogue from English to Slovak
  • Other support of brand managers
    • Smaller INDEPENDENT projects coordination
    • Supporting data analysis
    • Content management in specific channels
  • Managing office orders

Do you have what it takes:

  • Basic knowledge of marketing discipline
  • Proficient level of verbal and written Slovak (preferable also Czech) and English
  • Structured thinking and project management skills
  • Good MS Excel + PowerPoint skills
  • Time flexibility + Independence
  • English: You must be fluent in both written and oral form – level C1 or higher
  • Slovak: Native or full proficiency
  • Czech: ideally fluent in both written and oral form (not a condition)
  • Working hours max. 80 monthly
  • Location in Prague is mandatory (combination with home office possible)
