We are currently recruiting for a Spares and Repairs Contract Manager to join our team in United Kingdom. This role will be responsible for driving the contractual strategy and negotiation execution of the Spares and Repairs Sales.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
  • Draft the growth strategy, execute the contractual negotiation for Business line 4 (BL4) repairs and Business line 5 (BL5) Spares
  • proactive identification of new frameworks needed, existing to be renegotiated and capture all the contractual opportunities for the BL4 repairs and BL5 Spares
  • spares frameworks, factory repairs contracts, up tower repairs contracts, technical support agreement contracts for the recurrent products provide guidelines for ad-hoc orders.
  • Analyse of the customers profile and needs for framework proposals.
  • Proactive approach to the customer for framework proposals and contracts other than regular maintenance
  • Identification of contracts opportunities together with Onshore Operation, Onshore sales departments
What you need to make a difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
  • Relevant experience in Sales, customer orientation, technical and commercial background.
  • Process knowledge of Salesforce management, SRP reporting
  • Experience in management of functional teams
  • Experience in management of multinational teams and functional leadership
  • Preferred from Engineering or similar background
  • Understanding of commercial and strategic business drivers
  • Good level of office 365, especially on Excel and Power BI tool
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, results orientation mindset, proactivity, ability to learn
