We're looking for Information Security Officer to join our team in Poland, UK or Lithuania. If you're seeking for a challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Policy and procedure writing and implementation as efficient processes
- Periodic review and improvement of existing processes and policies to ensure their high standard
- Working closely with engineering, compliance, legal and operations to ensure high standard of information security
- Working with third party InfoSec auditors (penetration testing, PCI compliance etc)
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify security gaps and develop appropriate mitigation plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends to proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access controls, and encryption mechanisms.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar role
- Knowledge about IT infrastructure, operations, software, hardware, tooling, data flows, change control, BC/DR and the impact of these on a security, and operational resilience arrangements
- Experience in InfoSec and Cyber Security
- Experience setting up policies and processes in InfoSec area
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC 2/3 or other global standards
- Familiarity with relevant regulation
- Understanding of agile development processes and devops
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Pro-active and result-driven approach
- Fast learner
