This is a one-of-a-kind possibility to dive into a completely new role and to support Supercell’s people professionals in providing the best support to all the teams at Supercell and making Supercell the best place for all the Supercellians.
As a People Coordinator you’ll work in close cooperation with Supercell’s People Partners and L&D team and support them in their day-to-day work. You’ll for example get to welcome new Supercellians in their onboarding journey, coordinate different training and learning programs, manage diverse employee data and take charge of various administrative HR tasks. More specifically your daily adventure features juggling tasks like:
Welcoming new employees’ on their first day and giving them an office tour, introducing team members, and onboarding them to Supercell
Scheduling and coordinating different trainings (for example language training) and learning programs as well as handling related inquiries and subscriptions
Keeping diverse company-level information sharing channels and platforms up-to-date, processing employee data and creating needed reports to different stakeholders
Preparing different documents, such as employment certificates, supporting with occupational health care coordination and personnel insurance inquiries as well as assisting in event coordination
You might be the People Coordinator Supercell is looking for if you are a recent graduate interested in becoming a people professional and have a curious and enthusiastic mindset towards the gaming industry and games. When it comes to mastering the People Coordinator’s role, we expect you to have a structured way of working, excellent eye for details, ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing and creative environment as well as solid communication skills and a humble and curious approach to life in general. If you're nodding your head to these qualities, you might just be the puzzle piece Supercell is looking for.
This is a permanent and a full-time, entry level position that is based in Helsinki and requires presence at the office as minimum each Monday and Tuesday. The ideal starting date for this position is as soon as possible and in this position you will be employed directly by Supercell.

What Supercell requires from you:
Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree
Some previous experience from people tasks (for example through internships or summer jobs)
A knack for technology and curiosity towards the gaming industry and games
A full working proficiency in English as well as a helpful level of proficiency in Finnish
What Supercell considers as an asset:
- Previous experience from HR Systems
