Main Tasks:
Requirements:
.- Act as HR generalist by providing daily HR activities of full employee life cycle, in the areas of staffing and terminations, compensation and benefit, employee training and development, organization development, employee relation, performance management, etc;
- Take the role as point of main interface with SSC & other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operation process & implementation;
- Ensure all the HR daily operations fully in line with HR policies/practices, local laws and regulations;
- Work with HR expert team to develop pragmatic HR solutions to cater for business needs and improve employee engagement via common or tailor-made approaches;
- Take in charge of reporting and data analysis;
- Other HR projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Management, Masters degree is a plus
- At least 5-8 years solid experience as HR generalist in manufacturing site, chemical industry experience is preferred
- Entrepreneurial drive, pragmatic, result driven, people & team mind-set
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
