Macedon Lodge, one of Australia’s most successful thoroughbred training facilities, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Administrator based at Mount Macedon.
The Office Administrator supports the team in all areas of business administration, office systems, finance, marketing and general office management.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the office and administration function at Macedon Lodge
- Ensure the provision of a range of administrative support functions for the Management Team, Resident trainers, Vet and Farrier
- General day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping ensuring that the routine financial activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Coordination of events and marketing activities
- Maintenance of social media platforms and activity
- Keep up to date with OHS, First Aid and Compliance requirements for the business
