Your main task will be to complete Energy Performance projects (construction of photovoltaic plants, implementation of energy efficiency projects, etc.)
You will be responsible for the implementation of the projects in accordance with the costs, quality and deadlines set.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with the client and all project stakeholders.

To do this you will need to :
- Travel on regular trips in the country to visit the technical installations, and buildings and clients, owners, or managers of large buildings
- Travel from time to time to Lille in France (HQ) and Brussels in Belgium (International Development Team)
- Carry out the project planning (Design - Consultation - Execution - Acceptance phases)
- Manage the support services of our Client and its partners: Technical - Financial - Legal - Insurance
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for the implementation of projects
- Receive the photovoltaic installations and/or energy efficiency assets in compliance with the applicable standards
- Keep a constant watch on the market and regulations
You will be based in Bucharest with our Client's Romania team.
As such, you will be required to travel regularly in Romania and from time to time to Lille (Group headquarters) or Brussels.
You will be working on a strategic and entrepreneurial project in a rapidly evolving business sector. In addition, you have a long-term vision and aim to grow in your role, within the organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- You have a good knowledge of special techniques of construction and you quickly grasp the technical and energy issues of buildings; you are at ease with technical subjects (process, thermal, thermodynamic, electricity, low and high voltage, etc.)
- You are curious and keen to work in the energy efficiency and photovoltaic sectors
- You are able to work independently within the framework of the tasks set. You share information in an open, structured, and synthetic manner with your colleagues.
- You have a good team spirit.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, negotiation skills, and curiosity.
- You are rigorous in following up on files and have organizational and writing skills (minutes, planning, client reporting, etc.).
- You are familiar with the Microsoft suite: Excel & Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
