MEMS Microphone Product Engineer (m/f/d)
What you can expect
The product engineer will be responsible for a product from inception through release to production and will serve as the main interface with design, applications, fab, assembly, test, quality, and marketing.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Main responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) process
- Manage NPI builds (build instructions, instructions for characterization, validation, reliability)
- Analyze NPI build result (e.g. test data, reliability data, validation results), discuss with Product Development Team, make sure customer / datasheet requirements are met
- Align test limits (wafer probe, final test) with Test Team (with inputs from Design Teams)
- Assist debug / failure analysis activity
- Derive actions for yield improvement based on production data
What you bring to the table
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Master’s degree a plus
- Experience with ASIC and/or MEMS sensor products desired
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Self-motivation with a strong desire to learn
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to draw conclusions from complex data set and present them at a high level
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software tools
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams both locally and internationally
- Strong English communication skills
