Executive Assistant (f/m/d)


As our new Executive Assistant (f/m/d), you provide administrative and operational support to the global Strategic Marketing, Digital and IT organization for Bayer Consumer Health. In this role you will closely work together with the Chief Marketing, Digital and Information Officer (CMO) and ensure that she is supported in all aspects of her daily working routine including but not limited to calendar management and coordination, email correspondence, meeting preparations, travel arrangement and office management. Your open personality and hands-on mentality help you to work closely together with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, a high level of reliability and flexibility, excellent communication abilities, and resilience to work well under pressure in a corporate environment is part of your skillset. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • You provide administrative support in all relevant aspects to the Chief Marketing, Digital and Information Officer
  • You assist the CMO in areas of planning, coordination, scheduling, and travel arrangements including the organization of trips, meetings, and events
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders including departmental teams, assistants, CMO Office team, and Executive Committee (ExCo)
  • You coordinate interaction points with external stakeholders such as advertising and media agencies, consultancies, industry partners and the press
  • You screen phone calls and emails, manage correspondence, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations

WHO YOU ARE


  • You bring several years of work experience as Executive Assistant or similar positions in a multi-national corporation
  • You are capable of working in a generally highly confidential environment and display an adequate sense of urgency
  • You possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and act with a hands-on mentality
  • You are highly organized and communicate easily and effectively with others
  • You are a dynamic and flexible individual with a self-confident presence who is pro-active by nature (self-starter)
  • You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You speak and write fluent English. German is a plus
