We are a centrally located boutique firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Internal Recruitment Manager to develop strategic plans and system implementation to support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead and coach a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets and company objectives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants
- Build new business relationships and maintain good rapport with existing clients
- Maintain efficient day-to-day operations in line with company protocol
- Work closely with company management to provide market insights and feedback for decision-making
- Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties may apply
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
