Responsibilities:
As a Transformation Lead you will be responsible for leading and managing initiatives aimed at driving significant change and transformation to ADDA.
- Proven experience in leading and managing transformation projects or programs within a complex organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the ADDAs goals and objectives.
- Strong Project management skills to oversee and manage transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership skills and the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
- Lead and drive change management efforts to ensure employees are engaged and supportive of the transformation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that could impede the success of transformation projects. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, and best practices in transformation and change management.
- Work with internal Capgemini stakeholders to secure resources and tools to deliver the initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the progress and impact of transformation efforts. Regularly report on the status and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of computer engineering or any relevant studies.
- Minimum 15 years of experience related to this field.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced client environment.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills and able to relay information well in both written and verbal form.
- Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.
