Job Description

The Marketing Manager role is an important role in the foundation of Organon’s presence in Czech Rep., Slovakia and in innovating the way we collaborate and interact with our markets by working with customers and creating state-of-the-art marketing programs for Organon's portfolio.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving direct interaction based on face-to-face and digital marketing campaigns across therapeutic areas, recognized HCPs, and channels in Czech Rep. and Slovakia with key components of the Agile way of working, within an international team and data-driven mindset to improve Organon’s position and business results.

The role will as well focus on ideation and governance of campaigns for a defined therapeutic area on a cluster level (Central Eastern Europe & Balkans) with a keen focus on enabling synergies between markets, optimizing capabilities and a good understanding of markets’ landscape, competitors and business trends and evolutions.

She/He will work closely with several stakeholders across the entire internal cross-functional team in Czech Rep. and Slovakia and in the cluster, Region, or Global level to create and deliver Marketing Strategy for Organon portfolio and to ensure campaigns and projects are properly executed, optimized, measured, and reported.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and assessing business cases, measuring sales force effectiveness, the success of campaigns and implementing measures for continuous optimization of sales forces effectiveness in a specific market and promoting the switch to the digitalization of processes in the marketing environment with the help of technology

  • Project management within different marketing channels e.g., emails, social media, and websites.

  • Expect you will constantly stay ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies to guide long-term strategy but always focused on the execution of efficient campaigns

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with experts, key opinion leaders and other recognized stakeholders for the business success of market and cluster

  • The role reports to the Marketing Director and operates as a close sparring partner for the Country Sales Lead, other Marketing Managers, Commercial Manager, Key Account Managers, Territory Account Managers, Digital/CRM Manager and Data Manager in supporting the successful commercial journey at our company in local market and the cluster

Requirements:

  • You completed studies in marketing, business or a comparable qualification and professional experience from the current role

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in concept development, implementation, and control of marketing and activities (digital activities) at a pharmaceutical company or agency

  • Experience in work across different therapeutic areas including of them: medical devices, Contraceptives, Respiratory, Dermatology, Cardiovascular, Pain, and Bone and in a complex business environment including innovative, generic brands and OTC products

  • Highly proficient in data-driven project management of marketing initiatives

  • Valid understanding of customer engagement opportunities & strategies in the traditional face-to-face and digital landscape

  • Creative and have a good understanding of customers’ needs and new trends, evolution with a core drive to innovate and experiment with marketing campaigns

  • You have strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex problems and drive change

  • You have solid experience in guiding colleagues and teams, with and without disciplinary responsibility

  • You are empathic interaction with people, networking, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills are important

  • Ability to work in a complex and multi-market setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types

  • You are flexible and dynamic to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment. Able to work independently and collaboratively with an open mindset

  • You have a strong communication skills in English
