The opportunity
Liquigas are looking for a team member to take ownership of their records management function. You will be someone who takes real pride in your work and gains job satisfaction from finding efficiencies and creating order.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will get to work within and across all areas and levels of the organisation, building and maintaining great working relationships within the Liquigas team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective records management and project control procedures for the engineering team and other Liquigas functions.
Your eye for detail will be key in ensuring that work is delivered accurately and within deadlines, and your knowledge and previous experience working with electronic documents will help you to keep everyone on track and provide guidance, training and support to staff with their use of SharePoint.
Skills and experience
We like to set people up for success, therefore, to be considered for this role, it would be an advantage if you have:
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft word is essential)
- Experience using SharePoint
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- An understanding of confidentiality principles
